• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for select regions.
• Free Shipping: Available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select European countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@aurajewelsbeauty.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
